Joseph is excited and getting ready to marry the woman he loves, Mary, when he finds out that she is pregnant! This doesn't seem like a good thing to Joseph because they aren't married yet, and he knows that he is not the Father. He doesn't want to embarrass Mary by letting everyone know that she is pregnant, but he doesn't think he can marry her anymore. There are so many people who have opinions and would tell him what to do, but he doesn't know what the right thing to do is. He's worried and hasn't been able to make a decision when something happens while he is sleeping.

18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
