Kids Ministries

We at Independent Bible Fellowship Church make it our mission to support parents in bringing up their children in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4). We have a variety of programs and classes to help accomplish this goal. For special programs/events, please visit see our Event Schedule.

Nursery

When: Sundays 10:00am, 11:00am & 6:00pm;

Ages: Birth to 3 years old

Nursery Coordinator: Shirleen Wright

We provide a nursery for all of our Sunday classes and services. Our desire is to create a safe and encouraging place for your children to play and learn.

Sunday School

When: Sundays at 10:00am

Ages: 4 years old to 6th Grade

Teachers: Diana Taylor, Sheri Werle

This quarter, kids will study God's love, provision, and trustworthiness- all of which make Him an example of the perfect King. God's love for us should motivate children to trust God as the King of their life. Sunday School curriculum is purchased through Regular Baptist Press.

Jr Church

When: Sundays at 11:00am (dismissed from the AM Service following the special music)

Ages: 4 years old to 6th Grade

In Jr Church, we are working through the New Testament with the book Old Story New by Marty Machowski. We have a few teacher volunteers and helpers so every week is a different schedule revolving around Bible Lesson, prayer, music, crafts, games, and more!

This month's topics: Wrapping up the Old Testament Survey and starting New Testament with the Birth of Jesus.

Kids' Club

When: Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Center

Ages: 5 to 6th grade

Teachers: Susan Simpson and Diana Taylor

Room: Library (located in the Fellowship Center)

Our Wednesday night group is studying through about the story of Esther by Child Evangelism Fellowship's book.. They also will spend some time in games or activities in addition to the Bible time. Children are also encouraged to work on the weekly memory verse(s) listed below.
